This Privacy Policy explains what information Nagar Dokani collects when you create an account, purchase a license, or use our client and admin panels, and how that information is used and protected.
Account information: full name, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text).
Shop information: shop or company name, owner name, phone number, address, and business identifiers you choose to provide (such as BIN/TIN).
License and device information: the license key and a machine identifier for the device it is activated on, collected solely to enforce the one-device activation rule and to verify your license when the desktop application checks in.
Order and payment records: the amount, payment method, and any transaction reference you submit. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank credentials, or other sensitive payment details, as payments are currently processed manually.
Referral and coupon activity: your referral code, which accounts you referred, and coupons issued to or used by your account.
Support communications: the content of support tickets and messages you exchange with our support team.
We use this information to create and manage your account, issue and verify licenses, process orders and generate invoices, deliver software updates, operate the referral and coupon programs, respond to support requests, and maintain the security of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. Information is only accessed by authorized Nagar Dokani administrators for the purposes described in this policy, or disclosed where required by law.
Day-to-day business data you enter into the desktop application — sales, inventory, customer records, and similar — is stored on your own device and, if you enable it, your own backup destination such as Google Drive. Nagar Dokani does not access, transmit, or store this operational data on our servers.
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Access to client and license data is restricted to authorized administrators. Authentication with our services uses time-limited tokens, and sessions can be revoked on logout.
We retain account, license, order, and invoice records for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed for legal, accounting, and support purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deactivation of your account and its associated data at any time by opening a support ticket. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.
When you log in, an authentication token is kept for the duration of your session to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cookies on our client or admin panels.
Nagar Dokani is a business tool intended for shop owners and staff and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
